About Manifold

Manifold builds office and field software for companies whose work happens on a job site. It started with one of them.

Where it started

Manifold’s founder owns a utility contracting business that’s been doing utility work since 1976. For years he looked for software that could keep up with the work, and nothing fit. The programs were built by people who had never dug a trench, so they missed how the job actually goes. He built his own tools instead, the ones he needed to run his company. Those tools became Manifold.

How we build

We build software with the people who do the work. We shape each app around a real day on a real job, not a feature list. When part of it doesn’t fit how the work actually goes, we change the software, not the work.

The company

Manifold, LLC is a software company in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. We build office software that runs a company’s jobs and field tools that record the work as it happens. We build each app for one industry and the problems that come with it, the same way every time, with the people who do that work. The first serves underground construction and utility contractors. Others follow.
